Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

1) Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

  • You can cancel any physical-product order before it ships for a full refund.

  • Email support@cellics.co with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

  • Once a tracking number is created or the order leaves our warehouse, see “Returns.”

Custom / Made-to-Order: These cannot be canceled after 24 hours from purchase.


2) Digital Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Digital Membership (Cellics Institute™): Access is granted immediately. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • Free Trials: Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid the first charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically at the disclosed rate (usually $49 or $49.99 monthly).

  • Ongoing Billing: Cancel any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

  • Product Subscriptions: Billed at the product price on your chosen cadence (usually monthly). Cancel any time; if a cycle has already processed, cancellation applies to future cycles.


3) 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Supplements for Members)

If you’re an active Member and not satisfied with a Cellics supplement, you’re eligible for a money-back guarantee up to 365 days from purchase (per the Guarantee page).

  • Covers up to three (3) supplement products per member.

  • Email support@cellics.co with order number, product, and reason.

  • In most cases you do not need to return opened supplement bottles; follow the instructions we provide.

(Note: Non-members follow the standard Returns section.)


4) Standard Returns (Physical Products, Non-Consumables)

  • Window: Return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

  • Process (RMA):

    1. Email support@cellics.co to request an RMA.

    2. Ship the item back within 14 days of RMA approval using a trackable service.

  • Fees & Shipping:

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • Refund Method/Timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; banks typically post within 5–10 business days.

Not Eligible: Opened consumables (except under the Member Guarantee), items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and custom/made-to-order items.


5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (DOA)

  • Inspect on delivery. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If damage is visible at delivery, you may refuse the package and note “damaged” with the carrier.

  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) at no cost to you.


6) Exchanges

Eligible items (non-consumables) may be exchanged within 30 days. The fastest method is to start a return and place a new order; we’ll process the refund per Section 4.


7) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused without damage):

  • We can reship (you pay reshipping cost) or

  • Refund minus shipping and any carrier return fees.


8) How We Handle Chargebacks

We’re committed to fair resolutions. Please contact us first at support@cellics.co so we can help. If a dispute is filed with your bank, we’ll provide documentation of your order, delivery, and any cancellation/return communications.


9) Shipping Timeframes & Delays

We provide estimated ship dates based on warehouse and carrier data. Occasionally, events outside our control (weather, carrier capacity, supply issues) can cause delays. Estimates are not guarantees, but we will notify you of material delays and offer options.


10) How to Start a Cancellation/Return

Email support@cellics.co with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s)

  • Reason (cancel, return, exchange, damage/DOA)

  • Photos for damage claims

We’ll reply with next steps (RMA, label options, or resolution).
